PROFESSIONAL LABORATORY

Day Sun has independent and professional laboratories in our factories to ensure that our glasses have excellent quality, superior safety, and comply with international standards.

In the laboratory, we have state-of-the-art testing instruments that can perform optical tests (such as spherical power, cylindrical power, astigmatism, etc.), impact resistance tests (such as high-velocity impact tests, low-temperature impact tests, etc.), and fog resistance tests. This ensures precise control over the optical power, durability, and fog resistance of the glasses, providing safer and more effective protection for the eyes. Additionally, we adhere to the latest safety eyewear specifications and testing methods, such as the ANSI Z87.1 standard, CE certification, CSA testing standards, and AS1337.1 Australian testing standards, ensuring that each pair of glasses complies with international safety standards and meets regulatory requirements in different countries and regions.

QUALITY MANGEMENT PROCEDURE

In adherence to our quality requirements, Day Sun implements strict quality inspections at every stage, from raw materials, production to finished products. These inspections ensure that the product quality meets corresponding quality standards. The testing includes visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and functional tests. The testing methods are decided based on the body of products. For example, visual inspection is conducted through visual observation, tensile strength is tested using a tensile testing machine, and lens inspections are performed using optical inspection instruments.

Time for Quality Inspection:

• Incoming inspection of raw material components
• Production inspection after the injection of frame/temple and lens or printing
• Final inspection after the completion of assembly

In terms of quality management, Day Sun adopts ISO 9001 quality management system and also governed by SAI certification (Australian standard). In addition, we also have SEDEX certification for environmental management. All inspection items, test results, and inspection reports are recorded and managed in detail. Relevant audits at the factory will be conducted annually with thoroughly examine and implement quality management.
