Technical AssessmentTo shorten the product development schedule, we conduct a technical evaluation on each concept design, including feasibility analysis, technical risk assessment, and cost analysis. This helps determine which solution is most suitable and effectively.
Engineering DesignAfter the conceptual design is determined, our R&D team will further design and implement various functions. We will use CAD software for 3D modeling and design documentation, including detailed component design, complete design drawings, engineering specification structural analysis, material selection and supply chain planning.
PrototypingWe provide complete prototype manufacturing equipment, and once the engineering design is completed, we will make prototype based on the design documents. Mold design & Mold validationThe mold stage requires precise processing equipment and process control. The completed mold gets through a number of trials. Besides, precision measuring instruments are used to check the size, appearance, surface quality, structural integrity, etc. so as to ensure that the mold meets acceptance of relevant quality standards and specifications.
Processing TechnologyPost-processing of injection parts is performed to meet design requirements and improve their quality and appearance. Grinding and sanding are important steps in the frame/ temple. Using different grinding tools and abrasives, the frame/ temple are precisely ground and sanded to remove surface unevenness, gate and ejector pin imperfections, and achieve a smooth and refined appearance.
