Except of traditional injection machine, Day Sun has imported all-electric injection molding machines, which not only provide high precision and high-speed production capabilities but also deliver the benefits of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. These all-electric machines feature built-in controllers that simplify the operator's tasks. The drive components of the all-electric injection molding machines are entirely powered by electric motors, consuming only electricity and eliminating the need for hydraulic oil, and results in better energy-saving effects compared to traditional hydraulic injection molding machines.
In addition, we also have dual-shot molding machines capable of simultaneously injecting two different materials to optimize the design and enhance the visual appeal and differentiation of our products. These machines reduce the need for subsequent assembly processes and connections between parts, saving time, labor, and minimizing the occurrence of assembly errors and quality issues.
ANTI-FOG TREATMENT
We have established a dedicated dust-free room for lens production, specifically for processes like anti-fog treatment, to prevent environmental contamination caused by manual handling. This ensures the provision of clean and high-quality lenses. Moreover, we have introduced automatic anti-fog machines equipped with energy-saving technology. These machines meet the required usage needs while significantly reducing energy consumption, achieving a green and eco-friendly effect.
AUTOMATED CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
In lens cutting processes, Day Sun has introduced automatic cutting machines, which offer several advantages over traditional manual cutting. These include improved production efficiency, enhanced cutting precision, and reduced labor costs. The automatic cutting machines can execute operations rapidly and continuously, thereby increasing production efficiency. Furthermore, through precise cutting patterns, the machines can accurately cut lenses, improving size accuracy and stability. By employing automated machines, the reliance on manual operations is reduced, resulting in decreased labor costs.
ASSEMBLY LINE PRODUCTION
We employ an integrated assembly line production approach for the assembly and packaging of finished products.
